Progress your application

When you apply with us, we may contact you to request the following information about your finances in order to progress your application.

This should just take a few minutes, to do so we need the following information from you about your finances.

  • Details of your main current accounts (account name, account number, sort code and balance). This will be the accounts where you receive your salary and pay bills from.
  • Details of transactions on those accounts (your incoming and outgoing transactions)

It should just take a few minutes to provide this information securely. To proceed, you'll be asked to give your consent for them to access your account information. Their partner, AccountScore, will then categorise your transactional information, before passing it to us for use in your HSBC application.

We will then assess your application and be in touch in the next few days with a final decision.

Providing this information should enable us to process your application quicker.
